Adrena is official partner of this 13rd edition. From Le Havre, France, to Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, this 4350-mile course across the Atlantic Ocean from North to South is even more demanding than a transatlantic from East to West. It requires acute tactical qualities, strong weather analysis skills and an excellent physical condition to keep up with high speed throughout the route.<\/p>\n

Vendee Globe<\/h2>\n

Adrena is Official Provider of the Vendee Globe 2017\/2017<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Thanks to the use of Adrena both by the Race Management Team and the skippers, communication between them is optimized and security of the competitors is strengthened. Indeed, Adrena Navigation Software allows the Organization Team to keep track of the whole fleet and to detect anomalies: changes of direction or unusual boats’ speed.<\/p>\n

Adrena Navigation Software also creates a synergy between the skippers and the Organization Team: the competitors can be informed of ice position, waypoints to take into account or any other important information that would impact the race.<\/p>\n

This partnership is the opportunity for Adrena to associate with an event that shares its values: excellence, passion and quest for achievement.<\/p>\n

The Vendee Globe is a real human challenge in which the skippers become amazing sea adventurers. During this unique non-stop solo round the world race without assistance, they are rounding the three legendary capes: Cape of Good Hope, Cape Leeuwin and Cape Horn.<\/p>\n

OC Sport Pen Duick<\/h2>\n

ADRENA has supported OC Sport Pen Duick in races organization since 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n

A legend \u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Eric Tabarly and G\u00e9rard Petipas, both highly respected in the sailing industry, founded Pen Duick in 1973. The initial aim of the company was to manage the legendary boats belonging to Eric. Then in 1985 when Pierre Bojic joined them, Pen Duick turned its hand to creating and managing ocean races.<\/p>\n

OC Sport Pen Duick has perfected the art in managing yacht races and its portfolio includes many of the best-known ones : La Route Du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe, The Transat Jacques Vabre, The Solitaire Bompard \u2013 Le Figaro …<\/p>\n
