Indeed, Optima is recording the data systematically since they come from GPS or from the instruments. The tape is only used to specify, when recording, that data are useful for a polar calculation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you have forgotten to tick the tape, you can correct the recordings:<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>go to menu \u201cTracks -&gt; correct recordings\u201d (Adrena) or \u201cTools -&gt; correct recordings\u201d (Optima).<\/li>\n<li>select the timetable\u00a0 to correct.<\/li>\n<li>pick \u201cForce \u2018under sail\u2019 mode&#8221;<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>click on \u201cRun\u201d<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you have forgotten to tick the tape after the navigation, you can use the same procedure by specifying\u00a0 \u201cForce \u2018engine powered\u2019 mode\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your data won\u2019t be lost.
