In light of this growth, we are looking for a:
Maritime Business Developer
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will help shape the sales strategy for the maritime market (segmentation, prioritization, action plan) in France and Europe.
Your role is part of a long-term strategy aimed at gradually establishing ADRENA as a leading player in this segment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and qualify a portfolio of targeted prospects
- Develop a structured sales approach tailored to different segments
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, which are often long and require a thorough understanding of the technical challenges involved
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with your contacts
- Help promote ADRENA’s presence in professional networks (trade shows, events, partners)
You play a key role in a development process that combines rigor with the gradual building of the business and that fosters ADRENA’s sales culture.
We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in an environment where technical expertise, analytical skills, and long-term relationships are essential.
You have 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a sales role, with a solid understanding of the maritime sector or a related maritime, industrial, or technical environment. Your ability to develop new opportunities while managing long sales cycles have already enabled you to make a difference.
You thrive in demanding environments, know how to structure your sales approach, and have a growing understanding and interest in technical fields. In addition to these qualities, you bring interpersonal skills based on trust and credibility, as well as perseverance and consistency in your work. You enjoy developing new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and working in an environment where teamwork is just as important as independence.
Open-minded, honest, and a self-starter, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments and enjoy sales challenges. An interest in the maritime world and, ideally, in sailing would be a real plus.
Professional English is required.
Salary : €60,000 base per year + €5,000 bonus per year
