For over 20 years, ADRENA has been developing and marketing navigation and performance analysis software for recreational sailors, regatta competitors and offshore racers.
As the market leader in France, we equip most of the management teams and crews of prestigious races such as The Ocean Race, the Vendée Globe, the Route du Rhum, the Transat Café l’Or, the Solitaire du Figaro, and more.
In 2014, Adrena diversified its activities into the maritime transport sector.
The goal: to reduce the energy consumption and environmental impact of workboats, cargo ships and passenger vessels.
Your responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sailing, boating and the maritime world, with a solid technical knowledge.
Within our company, you will provide support to users of ADRENA solutions.
You will be in direct contact with sailors, travel and nautical adventure enthusiasts, offshore racing skippers, merchant ship crews, etc.
In this role, you will be required to travel to race departures to assist organisations, race directors and teams. These trips will also involve attending trade shows and public exhibitions.
In addition, you will lead training sessions (on-site or remotely) and write technical data sheets and documentation.
Finally, your direct relationship with our users and the software tests you conduct will enable you to produce relevant analyses and propose specifications for the development of existing features.
Required profile:
With a two-year degree in computer science/electronics/engineering/technology, you have a good knowledge of marine electronics.
You are fluent in English (written/spoken) and are known for your teaching skills, excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
⇒ Experience in sailing and regattas would be an advantage.
