For over 20 years, ADRENA has been developing and marketing navigation and performance analysis software for recreational sailors, regatta competitors and offshore racers.
As the market leader in France, we equip most of the management teams and crews of prestigious races such as The Ocean Race, the Vendée Globe, the Route du Rhum, the Transat Café l’Or, the Solitaire du Figaro, and more.
In 2014, Adrena diversified its activities into the maritime transport sector.
The goal: to reduce the energy consumption and environmental impact of workboats, cargo ships and passenger vessels.
Your missions:
To strengthen our software development team dedicated to offshore racers, regatta sailors, recreational boaters, and maritime transport, we are looking for a motivated and curious full stack developer.
As part of our technical team and reporting to the Head of Development, your role will be to:
- Participate in the creation of new applications for demanding professional and amateur navigators.
- Design and develop new features for our navigation and performance analysis software.
- Contribute to the development of functional and technical specifications for future product developments.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance and corrective maintenance of existing solutions.
- Collaborate with the support team and business experts to ensure the quality and relevance of developments.
Your work will have a direct impact on the performance, safety, and environmental concerns of users at sea, in an environment where precision, reliability, and ergonomics are essential.
Required profile:
- With a background in computer science (two to five year degree).
- You have significant initial experience in full stack development.
- Ideally, you are proficient in several of the following technologies:
- Languages : C#, Python
- Back-end : .NET (ASP.NET Core), API REST, Windows services
- Front-end: HTML/CSS/Javascript
- C++ would be a plus
- You are thorough, independent, and enjoy working in a team.
- You enjoy technical challenges and are committed to customer satisfaction.
A welcome addition: Experience in sailing, regattas, or ocean racing. An understanding of the nautical environment is an asset in understanding the needs of our users.

Our recruitment process
1/ Telephone conversation to better understand your motivations and background, and answer your initial questions.
2/ Video conference or in-person interview to discuss your skills, past experience, and specific examples related to the position with one or two members of the team.
3/ Meet with the team to discover your future working environment, ask any questions you may have, and ensure that our values and your aspirations are aligned.
Technical tests may be carried out at our premises during one of these meetings.
