Can you introduce your company. What products do you offer ?
Axe Sail is located at the Chanteryene harbour, based in Cherbourg, Manche since 2004 . We are specialized in preparation and maintenance of cruising and racing yachts.
We are active in the sailing field and we offer products, services and advice in sails and electronic equipment, saddlery and rigging. We are also lucky to represent the J/Boats company in the North of France, from Saint Malo to Dunkerque.
How do you support your clients when purchasing Adrena software ?
First, we always discuss together about his navigation program to determine his needs and which range of Adrena will suit him the best. When we have made the choice between the version –First, Standard, Pro or Octopus – we review the electronic equipment existing on board to make sure the software will properly run according to what is already installed.
How do you manage an Adrena installation ?
Once we have received the software, we help the owner into the installation of his device. During that step, we carefully integrate the boat technical features to optimize the software performances. Then, we do a handover with a presentation of the main functions of Adrena.
For users who want to get the most of their software, we also offer training sessions aboard their yacht.
Finally, after of few months of use, we review with the owner his Adrena feedbacks and make adjustments if needed.
